“阅读是开启孩子智慧的窗，是打开孩子心灵的门，是一个人精神成长的重要渠道。”我园为期一个半月的“乐听乐说 悦读悦享”阅读节系列活动在10月29日正式落下帷幕。

Reading takes our children on many adventures and also on a journey of spiritual growth. On October 29^th our reading ceremony came to a close.

一、我们爱阅读，让阅读成为习惯。We love reading!

兴趣是最好的老师，它能够激发幼儿的潜能。小朋友们能够坚持每天阅读，将积分卡集满兑换了可爱的“阅读小超人勋章”。

Children collected points for their reading and redeemed this points for a Super Reader medal! 

为了让宝贝们能够阅读更多的好书，学会分享，我们开展了“图书漂流”活动，让好书在孩子之间传递，让孩子在分享中“悦”读。同时家长们也给大家推荐了各式各样的好书，激发了全园师幼、家长读书的兴趣。

To ensure our children read more and more books we organized a book share between the children in the class. We brought our favourite books to the classroom, recommended by both parents and children to create a community of readers. 

二、我们爱阅读，让我们的语言感受能力和表达能力得到提高。

我是中国娃，爱说普通话。中班的孩子们准备了“诗歌赞祖国”系列展演活动，鼓励大家说好普通话。大班的孩子们也给大家呈现出一个个精彩纷呈的故事，孩子们举止大方，语言表达清晰。

K2 had a wonderful poetry reading.The children in K3 told us wonderful stories about the importance of language in our culture. 

三、我们爱阅读，让亲子阅读和表演促进亲子关系的进展。

“维多利亚妈妈剧社”的爸爸、妈妈及小朋友们，很用心的准备了故事表演《围裙婆婆的裁缝店》，通过本次“妈妈剧社”活动，不但增进孩子和家长之间的情感交流，而且能让幼儿体会和家长一起表演的快乐。

Performing stories with our parents is a wonderful way to encourage a love of reading. The fathers and mothers of the “Victoria Mommy Drama Club” prepared a great performance for the children to enjoy. The experience was a wonderful moment to share with their parents.

四、我们爱阅读，让我们感受中国传统文化。

书是人类伟大文明的标志。在“书的发展史”活动中，孩子们认识了“甲骨文”“简书”“帛书”“线装书”等。还玩了“活字印刷”小游戏哦！

We love reading and we love learning about Chinese culture through books. We learn about history through these wonderful stories. 

阅读节虽然结束了，但阅读并没有画上句号，我们号召以阅读节为契机，让读书成为习惯、成为乐趣、成为修养！

The reading festival has come to an end but this is not the end of the our reading! We wish to encourage all our children to become happy avid readers!
